- Lansweeper Terms of Use v2.2 §2: "“Asset” means (i) any device, such as, but not limited to IT, OT and IoT devices or any other assets, scanned or discovered on Customer’s systems, using the Product and; (ii) any resource, object or any other asset, scanned or discovered by the Product in Customer’s cloud environment; and (iii) any devices, resources, objects or any other assets that are created by/added to the Product by Customer". The pricing FAQ: "All IT, OT, and Cloud assets such as computers, servers, PLCs, network devices, and manually created assets count toward the asset limit along with monitors with extended display data provided."
- Counting rules
- Computers, servers, network devices, OT devices, OT cards, Public Cloud workloads and manually created assets count toward the licensed asset limit. Monitors count only when they have extended display data. Public Cloud resources count only when Lansweeper classifies them as "Billable" (an independent workload with its own data plane, endpoint or attack surface); components, rules or metadata, groups or containers and users or accounts do not count. Temporary cloud resources that are discovered count. Assets reported by IT Agent (including Hyper-V guests and external monitors) and OT assets count like any other asset. Deleted assets reappear, and count again, if rescanned. With a digital licence the count of each Lansweeper Classic installation rolls up into the Lansweeper Site.
- Floors / minimums
- Free plan: 100 licensed assets. Starter: includes 2,000 assets. Pro: includes 2,000 assets, expandable to 9,000 in bands of 1,000. Enterprise: starts at 10,000 assets, expandable in bands of 2,000. Asset licences are not stackable. Test deployment limited to 10% of the subscribed asset limit.
