- Reselling Terms v1.2: Lansweeper "authorizes Partner on a non-exclusive basis to resell the Product, according to the ordered Subscription Plan." The Scope of Use "is always restricted to a certain amount of Assets and/or Help Desk-Agents".

- Partners identify each End-Customer when requesting a quote; License Keys are delivered to the partner after payment (a 30-day temporary key on a valid PO). Upsells during the Plan Duration are either made coterminous with a new term (unused portion credited) or pro-rated to the existing term; decreases take effect at renewal with a quote requested 30 days before expiry. Each End-Customer must accept the Terms of Use. Partners may not use resale licences internally. Lansweeper may audit the partner once in 12 months on 10 days’ notice. Customers buying through a reseller remain bound by the Terms of Use (§3.5, §10).
