- After a six-month Ramp Up Period the MSP pays the greater of actual aggregate usage across all Beneficiaries each calendar month in arrears or the Minimum Monthly Commitment of USD 200 (or a higher agreed Special Minimum Monthly Commitment). Volume bands are set by total usage across all Beneficiaries per product category. Disabling payable usage may take until the 1st of the following month, when usage converts into a 30-day trial. Late payment lets Sophos revert the MSP to advance subscriptions. Endpoint usage uses the same per-user calculation as term licences.
