- MSP Agreement s.3.3.5: after a six-month Ramp Up Period, the MSP Flex Partner pays the greater of total aggregate actual usage across all Beneficiaries each calendar month in arrears or the Minimum Monthly Commitment (USD 200 or an agreed higher amount). Volume bands use total usage per product category. Disabling usage may take effect only from the 1st of the next month.
