- Firewall renewals FAQ: a mid-term upgrade is quoted by the reseller with an allowance for the unused remainder; the new subscription starts immediately and the remainder is cancelled unless a future start is requested. Downgrades mid-term are not possible. Term licences can be converted to MSP monthly licences, losing the value of the term licence.
