- EUT s.2.1 grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for the Product Term solely for the customer's internal information security purposes; Affiliates and Users may use the Product under the customer's responsibility. s.2.3 prohibits resale, sublicensing, and timesharing or service bureau use. Service providers need the MSP Agreement.
