- MSSA §1.14: "Term means the period of time set forth in the applicable Ordering Document during which (i) Customer is allowed to use the Software, or (ii) Services may be performed." Schedule B §1.1 grants use "during the Term".
- Commercial rules
- Term set by the Ordering Document; automatic renewal for the same period at the Ordering Document rate unless either party gives notice at least 30 days before the end; Rapid7 may change rates and usage policies for a renewal with 60 days' written notice. Fees non-refundable and non-cancellable; early termination leaves fees for the full term payable. Purchases through an authorized partner follow the partner's invoicing and fee terms.
