- MSSA Schedule B §3.1: if the Software is used in excess of the Volume Limitations, after a reasonable notification period (Notice Period) the customer is liable for the excess fees, invoiced at Rapid7's then-current list rates for the Volume Limitation tier associated with the excess usage and prorated for the remainder of the Term.
