- MSSA Schedule B §1.1 (effective for purchases from 2025-10-24): Rapid7 grants, during the Term, a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to use the Software in object code and the Rapid7 Data solely for the customer's internal business purposes, within the Volume Limitations and as described in the Agreement, plus any further restrictions on the Ordering Document.
