No refund on early termination; fees due for the full fixed term

- MSSA §3.3 and §8.3: fees are non-refundable and non-cancellable unless the Agreement or Ordering Document says otherwise. A customer that terminates before the fixed term ends receives no refund and remains liable for all fees for the full term. On termination or expiry the customer must stop using the Offering; Rapid7 may deactivate the account immediately and delete it and all Customer Content after not less than 30 days.
