Purchases through an authorized partner follow partner fee and invoicing terms

- MSSA §3.1: if the customer buys through a Rapid7 authorized partner, invoicing, fees and taxes are as agreed between the customer and the partner and are paid to the partner; the direct payment clause does not apply. The Ordering Document can be agreed by Rapid7 or its authorized reseller (§1.7), and the licence terms themselves remain Rapid7's.
