Distributed Software may enforce limits; signed usage certification at most every six months

- MSSA Schedule B §3.2: Distributed Software (on-premises products such as Nexpose, the InsightVM Security Console and Metasploit) may track and/or enforce its Volume Limitations, and on Rapid7's written request, not more than once every six months, the customer must provide a signed certification that the Distributed Software is used in accordance with the Agreement. The current MSSA contains no on-site audit or records inspection right; the verification mechanism is self-certification plus in-product enforcement.
