- Enterprise Program (Attached Subscriptions) s.8: for terms of three years or more (not Public Sector), a customer not expecting to use the full Total Hardware Cap can, once every 12 months and no earlier than 12 months into the term, receive 80% of the remaining Attached Subscription value as Pro-rated Credits usable in a single transaction toward Prisma Access (mobile users and remote networks SKUs), Cloud NGFW or FW Flex credits; Attached Subscription usage is reduced accordingly.
