- Definition
- The Self-Serve Subscription Agreement governs Cloudflare's cloud-based solutions "that are provided as part of a subscription or require a Cloudflare account". Paid Services are charged to a Payment Method "on a monthly, annual, or pay-as-you-go basis".
- Commercial rules
- Subscriptions renew automatically for periods equal to the initial term at then-current rates unless cancelled in the dashboard before the next billing date. Fees are non-refundable; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Price changes need 30 days notice. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the billing period. Usage-based products are billed in arrears and may trigger a one-time threshold invoice.
