- Commercial rules
- Lower per-technician price than monthly billing on every published plan. Charged in advance. Auto-renews at the same price unless notified otherwise (excluding discounts). Plan downgrades, seat reductions and cancellation must be made more than 60 days before renewal; inside the final 60 days renewal cannot be stopped for that cycle. Switching from annual to monthly billing is not supported. Unused seats are not refunded or carried into the renewal.
