- Master Subscription Agreement §1.7: "“Endpoint(s)” means physical or virtual computing devices and/or computing environments (such as containers) that can process data." Singularity Platform Terms §2.4.1: "The License granted herein is limited to the quantity of Endpoints as set forth in a valid Purchase Order." Public prices are stated "per endpoint".
- Counting rules
- Each physical or virtual computing device or computing environment (for example a container) protected by the Singularity Platform counts toward the Endpoint quantity in the Purchase Order (Singularity Platform Terms §2.4.1). Usage above the purchased quantity is a True-Up invoiced pro rata or as overages at the Purchase Order unit price (MSA §5.2). The FAQ states that prices vary according to the number of deployed endpoint agents.
