- MSA §3.1: SentinelOne grants "a limited, non-exclusive, nontransferable, revocable Evaluation license to use the Solutions for a period of up to thirty (30) days (the “Evaluation Period”), unless otherwise agreed in writing by SentinelOne."
- Commercial rules
- Use beyond the Evaluation Period without consent may be charged at the Fees on SentinelOne's price list (§3.1). The customer must uninstall and confirm deletion in writing (email accepted) after the period; subscriptions may be disabled automatically (§3.2). Testing Solutions are as-is with liability capped at US$100 (§3.6).
