- Ransomware Warranty §2: for Windows-agent Endpoints configured as required, SentinelOne pays actual damages capped at $1,000 per affected Endpoint and $1,000,000 per consecutive 12 months of subscription. The warranty is offered to Control or Complete SKU subscribers when stated in the Quote or Purchase Order, and excludes Identity and macOS agents. (effective 2026-05-14)
