- MSA §5.2: if usage exceeds the usage purchased under the Existing Purchase Order (a True-Up), SentinelOne may invoice the incremental Fees pro rata at the Purchase Order unit price for the rest of the Subscription Term and/or as overages for the relevant period at the same unit price. No refunds or credits are issued except under §11.3. (effective 2026-06-24)
