- Terms of Service s.2.5: for entity and Sales-Assisted customers, "an employee or contractor of Customer who is authorized by Customer to use the Services and who has access to the Services using a unique username and password under Customer's Organization Account, as provisioned by the Account Admin(s)." For Enterprise Annual Plans s.17.2(a) extends this to employees or contractors of Customer's Affiliates.

- ToS s.7.4: a Fee is charged for each Postman User, and Users added mid-term are billed at the then-current Pricing and co-terminate with the Order. Roles documentation: Developer and Super Admin roles consume a paid seat; members with only Admin or Billing roles are support users that do not consume a paid seat (two per team). Partners in Partner Workspaces are free and do not consume paid seats (March 2026 plans). One login per individual, logged in on at most three computer systems at a time (s.5.7(b)(3)).
