- ToS s.16.3: the customer may not assign or transfer rights without Postman's prior written approval. Enterprise Annual Plans (s.17.2(l)) allow assignment to majority-owned Affiliates or a successor to the business. User Accounts are personal and non-transferable (s.2.35).
