- ToS s.5.2(b): on Postman's written request the customer must confirm in writing whether its use, hosting and maintenance of the Software complies with the Terms and Usage Limits, including the number of copies or systems. The Terms contain no on-site audit clause; seat and usage compliance is otherwise enforced through the billing dashboard, Overages and Auto-Flex.
