- Terms of Service s.2.21: a Reseller is "an entity that is authorized by Postman to market, promote, and/or sell Postman Services to end customers in accordance with the terms of a separate reseller agreement".
- Commercial rules
- The Terms of Service apply whichever channel is used; the customer pays the Reseller, but Postman may suspend the Services if it is not paid by the Reseller. Auto-Flex Usage is billed directly by Postman at list price, irrespective of reseller pricing.
