- Lansweeper Terms of Use v2.2 §2: "“Help Desk Agents” means those of Customer’s End Users with a Help Desk-agent subscription". Lansweeper Classic documentation: "The helpdesk part of Lansweeper is licensed on a per-agent basis."
- Counting rules
- Only users who reply to and handle tickets need an agent licence; an unlimited number of users may submit tickets. An agent licence is assigned when the Active checkbox is ticked for the user in Configuration > User Access & Roles. Agent licences are applied as licence keys in Lansweeper Classic and are stackable.
- Floors / minimums
- One free agent licence is included in every Lansweeper licence. Unlimited agents for 20 days after a new install or update; secondary agents are deactivated when agent licences or the agent trial expire.
