- Business Terms s.1: "User" means an employee, contractor, or individual authorized to use the Services under Client’s account. The Order states the number of authorized Users.
- Counting rules
- Licences may be re-allocated from one User to another through the Services as long as the total number of Users stays within the Order (s.2(b)). Each User must have their own account and may not share credentials. Client Affiliates may use the Services if Client remains liable (s.2(a)).
