- Business Terms s.1: "Order" means the ordering document (including online checkout) specifying the Services licensed, the Fees, the Term, and the number of authorized Users. The Order controls over the Terms.
- Commercial rules
- Initial Term of one year or the period on the Order; automatic renewal for one-year Renewal Terms unless the Client gives written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before expiry. Dashlane gives notice of Renewal Term fee changes at least 45 days before the end of the Term. Terms changes take effect at the next Renewal Term.
