- Endpoints; endpoint count
- Definition
- Aurora Protect Product Description, footnote 2: "“Endpoints” means wireless devices, desktops, computer systems and any other endpoints with which the Solution operates." The same definition appears in the Aurora Endpoint Defense and Managed Endpoint Defense product descriptions.
- Counting rules
- Endpoint subscriptions are counted against the licence count on the Order Form (General Terms s.1.3). For Aurora Managed Endpoint Defense On Demand the number of service licences must match the licences for the managed Aurora software, and Arctic Wolf may audit monthly and bill excess endpoints at its then-current price list. Incident360 Retainers are also sized by an endpoint count on the Order Form.
- Floors / minimums
- No minimum published. The MDR Product Description recommends at least 85% endpoint coverage; this is a deployment recommendation, not a licence floor.
