Covered Incident is lost if actual endpoints materially exceed the Order Form

- Incident360 SPT s.2.2(a): a Covered Incident may not be used if Arctic Wolf determines that the customer's actual endpoint count is materially greater than the number on the Order Form; the engagement is then delivered hourly. For standalone retainers a Covered Incident does not apply to incidents before or within 10 days of accepting the Order Form in the initial term.
