- MSP AED PDR s.1: "“Device” means any computing network, environment or equipment, including but not limited to, desktop and laptop computers, smart phones, tablet, point of sale terminal, industrial control system or any other connected device which accesses or uses the Solutions, and further includes non-persistent deployments and virtual machines."

- A Transaction grants the MSP the right to install and use the Solution on a specified number of Devices (or other chargeable unit) within a Tenant or the Multi-Tenant Console. Customers must record installation locations and counts within 30 days and update them within 30 days of a change.
