Arctic Wolf

Arctic Wolf Networks provides security operations services under its Aurora brand, including managed detection and response, endpoint security (formerly Cylance), vulnerability management and security awareness training. Products are sold as subscriptions governed by its General Terms and product-specific supplemental terms.

Licensing at a Glance

  • Subscription
  1. Arctic Wolf's legal page lists separate Supplemental Product Terms for Aurora products (Endpoint Security, MDR, Security Awareness & Training, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response and others), applying to subscriptions and purchases after August 15, 2025.[1]

  2. The General Terms grant the customer a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to internally install, access and use the Products identified on an Order Form.[2]

  3. Products other than Professional Services are licensed on a subscription basis, not sold.[3]

  4. Unless the Order Form says otherwise, a Subscription Term automatically renews for the same period as the initial term (never more than 12 months) at the then-current terms and price.[4]

  5. During the agreement and for one year after, the customer must provide records on request so Arctic Wolf can verify compliance, including licence counts; if an audit finds the customer exceeded its subscribed licences, Arctic Wolf invoices the additional licences prorated to the end of the term.[5]
