- On the resolution allowance model the default allowance is $2 (Team), $5 (Growth, Professional) or $10 (Enterprise, Enterprise Plus) per agent seat per month for Suite, and $2 per seat for Support plans. Light agents are excluded, the maximum is $5,000 per year, and unused monthly allowance does not carry over.
