- Partner Program Agreement §20.2: partners must keep adequate records; on reasonable notice CrowdStrike may inspect and audit, directly or through an independent third party, the partner's business records and the Offerings to verify compliance, including amounts paid. The partner pays any underpayment with interest and, if the underpayment exceeds 5%, the reasonable audit costs. §7.5 separately allows CrowdStrike to monitor use of the Offerings to verify compliance.
