- Partner Program Agreement §6.5: a partner designated as a "CrowdStrike Powered Service Provider", "CPSP", or formerly a "Packaged MSP" or "Managed Security Service Partner" receives a licence to use the Eligible Products "solely as part of the Packaged Product on behalf of each CPSP Customer for such CPSP Customer’s own internal information security or log management purposes".

- Partner owns the licences; use limited to the quantity in the partner's Order; Software Components may run on CPSP Customers' Endpoints or partner devices hosting them. Eligible Products may not be priced or distributed on a stand-alone basis. Each CPSP Customer needs a Beneficiary Agreement. Partner records are subject to CrowdStrike audit (§20.2).
