- "Upon reasonable notice and during Partner’s normal business hours, CrowdStrike shall have the right to inspect and audit (either directly or indirectly through an independent third party) Partner’s business records and the Offerings as necessary to verify Partner’s compliance with the Program Agreement, including but not limited to, the accuracy of the amounts paid pursuant to the Program Agreement."
