BMC may request 12 months of usage reports once a year

- TSMA Attachment A §6: at most once a year, the customer delivers within 30 days the prior 12 months of product-generated usage reports, third-party usage reports such as SCRT reports, and written reports where a product generates none. (effective 2026-09-09)
