- TSMA §1.7: On Premises Subscriptions are "the generally available object code of the software and the accompanying User Guide provided to Customer under the terms of Attachment A".
- Commercial rules
- Attachment A §2 grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable term licence for the term on the Order, by Authorized Users, up to the Licensed Capacity, for internal business operations. Use above Licensed Capacity is prohibited (§3(a)); audits and usage reports apply (§6).
