- EULA sec. B.1.1.4: TeamViewer “may offer Customer the opportunity to use the Services for a defined trial period (“Trial License”).” It may also provide a limited Trial License if Customer installs the Free Version and declares its use is at least partly commercial.
- Commercial rules
- Knowledge Base (Mar 8, 2024): a commercial trial requested from Sales runs 14 days with the full feature set; the installation stops working after the trial ends unless a licence is activated. Since 17 September 2020 no trial starts during installation. Add-ons on the pricing page carry 14-day free trials; Add-On Trials are at TeamViewer’s sole option (EULA B.1.3).
