Term
Subscription Term in the Order Form; auto-renews for an equal period
Definition
MSA s.1.1: "Customer and its Affiliates may subscribe to Services by executing an Order Form." The MSA FAQ says the Order Form "sets the commercial terms (price, seats, Notion Credits, subscription length, subscription plan, etc.)".
Commercial rules
Order Form prevails over the DPA, Supplementary Terms, MSA and Documentation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless either party gives notice 30 days before term end; renewal fees revert to standard fees unless the Order Form says otherwise; no downgrade or user reduction during a term, and reductions for the next term need 60 days' written notice; Order Forms are non-cancelable and fees non-refundable; overuse is notified and may require an Order Form for additional usage. The unit price of credit packs is locked for the term, but the credits an action consumes may change.
Applies to
Organization customers, especially Enterprise multi-workspace contracts
