- When active users exceed the seats paid for and no action is taken within a 5-day countdown, the account is automatically upgraded to the next seat bucket and charged.
- Commercial rules
- Three warning emails (5, 3 and 1 days). The customer may revert within 30 days after removing users and request a refund of the upgrade cost. ToS §8.6: user changes restart the Subscription Term and are billed at then-current rates unless an Order Form provides pro rata additions.
