- Technical support, updates, upgrades and service packs are not included in the perpetual licence; they are bought as the then-current maintenance and support fee (EULA §5). Product pages set AMS at 20% (Endpoint Central invoice total; OpManager licence cost). ADManager Plus includes the first year of AMS in the perpetual licence fee.
