- Counting rules
- Approved devices consume a licence; devices not yet approved do not. Datto Networking and Datto Continuity devices do not count. Where both Kaseya 365 Endpoint and Datto RMM licences exist, Kaseya 365 licences are consumed first. Since December 2025 monthly usage is the licence count at midnight UTC on the last day of the previous month, billed at the higher of CMQ or usage.
