- Master Agreement Annex A: "“Product Subscription” means a subscription to any Product, Premier Care, or recurring Professional Service purchased or licensed by Customer and governed by this Agreement."
- Commercial rules
- Licence runs only during the Product Subscription (s.2.1). Renews automatically for periods equal to the Initial Term unless either party gives 30 days' notice; add-on licences are coterminous (s.14.1). Recurring Fees invoiced annually in advance, overages and consumption monthly in arrears; Recurring Fees may rise up to 10% a year (s.4.3).
