- Definition
- Simplified Licensing Support (Foundation 26.1): "Each base package's simplified license is a named user license that a system administrator must assign to the appropriate users or User Groups in the OnBase Configuration module to give them access to the functionalities included with that license."
- Counting rules
- Consumed when the user begins a session; one user may hold up to 10 simultaneous connections through multiple clients or devices. The Emergency Access Client add-on bypasses the per-user limit and logs overages for later auditing. Each base package replaces several legacy licences, which are then no longer available.
- Floors / minimums
- Up to 10 simultaneous connections per user. New customers from OnBase Foundation EP5 need at least one base package.
