- MA s.4.3: unless the Order Form says otherwise, Recurring Fees are invoiced annually in advance and overage (including storage) or consumption fees are calculated and invoiced monthly in arrears. Fees include additional fees for exceeding allotted capacity or other limits in the Order Form or Product Specific Terms.
