Definition
OnBase Product Licensing: "A Concurrent License allows a single instance of the module to be used on any workstation or server. Concurrent access allows an end user to install the Software Module on as many computers as they wish, but only the licensed number of Concurrent Users may use the Software Module simultaneously."
Counting rules
Counted as simultaneous sessions against the licensed number; installation count is not limited. The Client licence lease begins at logon and has a minimum of five minutes. Licences configured through a User Group are consumed at login and released at logout; usage per module is shown on the Concurrent License Usage tab.

"Concurrent Clients have a minimum connection (lease) time of five (5) minutes."
