- Partner Program Agreement §6.5 and §9.2.2: a CrowdStrike Powered Service Provider may use Eligible Products only as part of its Packaged Product for each CPSP Customer's own internal information security or log management purposes, limited to the quantity in the partner's Order; Software Components may run on CPSP Customers' Endpoints. The partner may not price or distribute Eligible Products on a stand-alone basis, and each customer must sign a Beneficiary Agreement.
