- Software License and Subscription Agreement, Exhibit A: “Asset” means a device, physical or virtual, that meets one of the descriptions for Active Login, Active Endpoints, Managed User and/or Computer Object, Managed Devices and Managed Servers.

- Umbrella unit: the grant is limited to the number of deployed Instances, Assets, physical and virtual machines and/or locations in the Order (s.1.1). BeyondInsight / Password Safe licences carry a purchased asset count; moving from, for example, 500 to 1,000 assets requires a licence update in the BeyondInsight Configuration Tool.
