- Perpetual Licensing EOS & EOL FAQ (2024-08-30): from 2025-12-31 customers can no longer add perpetual licences and all new and add-on sales are SaaS or on-premises subscription; from 2026-12-31 maintenance or support can no longer be purchased for perpetually licensed products. Products continue to function but are unsupported.
