- Exhibit A: Blackboard uses commercially reasonable efforts for a minimum targeted uptime of 99.9% per calendar month and credits 1, 2 or 5 days of service fees for 0 to 4, 4 to 48 and 48 to 96 aggregate hours below that level, with 5 days for each further 96-hour block.
