- Master Agreement s15.4: an 'Authorized User' (or User or Active User) means any individual user of the platform, including students, teachers, parents of students or employees of the customer (including invited third parties), authorized to use the platform. Usage is the average of the Monthly Active Users over each annual contract period, compared with the limit on the Order Form.
- Counting rules
- Sum the unique authenticated users in each month (Monthly Active Users), then average the months over the annual contract period. The average, not the peak, is compared with the Authorized Users limit on the Order Form or in the support terms.
- Floors / minimums
- Set by the Order Form; unused capacity below the limit does not roll over or earn a refund (s15.4).
